Goliath B1, a German remote-controlled demolition charge carrier, was intended to demolish fortified positions and clear minefields. Named for the Biblical giant, but slow and easily stopped with small-arms fire, it received the less-than-glorian American nickname of "Beetle," "Doodlebug," and "Minedog." It proved unsuccessful. In the background, display cases hold a lot of rifles, carbines, and other small arms from various countries and wars.
