Looks like a M41, although not entirely certain.
Using the chassis of the M14/41 tank, the 90mm gun was an AA gun pressed into an anti-tank role. Although introduced in 1941, only 48 were ever produced. Used in North Africa with some success, once confiscated by the Germans in Italy, it was used primarily in artillery role.
