Featherstone's Complete Wargaming

Book

by Dick Bryant

This review is quite late but that is because I only received a review copy recently. Though published in 1988, I feel that it is worth mentioning as a great gift to someone you want to introduce to the hobby or to help with understanding your love of it.

This hardcover book has 52 pages of color photos and 60 black and white illustrations of the hobby in all its aspects and periods of interest. Most of the esoteric phraseology of the hobby that we take for granted is explained. There are scenarios, some simple rules and rule ideas. In other words an exciting potpourri of wargame targets for the veteran and recruit alike.

Published by Sterling Publishing Co., Inc., 387 Park Ave. South, NY, NY 10016 and available for $21.95 ($41.95 in Canada).
