Panzershiffe, P.O. Box 26074, Akron, OH 44319 produces a line of plastic 1:2400 ships that, while not as detailed as the lead versions, take no con- struction effort and cost considerably less. One aspect of this line that I particularly like is the wide variety of ships that they produce. If you can't find the ship you want here it probably didn't exist. The line covers the Spanish American War, the Russo-Japanese War, WWI, WWII, ACW, and Modern ships as well as ships that were planned but never completed. This is definitely a line our naval gaming readers should look into.
