Current Employment: Game Designers' Workshop (March 1979 to present)
Words of Wisdom: Much to my surprise, I have found that development, not design, is the most difficult aspect of a historical simualtion. I find development a challenging and enjoyable puzzle, the solution to which is to produce a set of rules both precise and concise. In other words, I strive to write rules that are not only competent but also elegant.
