Irregular Miniatures

5mm War of the Roses

reviewed by Todd Fisher

I am the first guy to admit that 5mm figures are not my cup of tea. However, the nice folks at Irregular Miniatures U.S.A. insisted that I take a look anyway. Well, what can I say? It looks like a great way to get a nice army cheap, and go blind at the same time. The amount of detail that can be put on figures that small is truly amazing. It is clearly the choice for people with limited resources; money and space. Or it might be a good way to get a taste of the period without having to commit too much.

This package goes for $7.50, and contains approximately 180 figures including 32 horse. The casting is first rate and the detail good. See their ad in this issue for address.
