The Reviewing Stand
by Bill Rutherford
This WW II German car is resin-cast, with metal chassis and wheels. Its not 100% on for accuracy, but Brittania concedes this up front, saying its a gaming model and that certain liberties were taken with the design to make it more usable on the tabletop. That said, its cleanly cast and should require minimum cleanup prior to painting. Three crew come with the car - a driver and two different officers. They have plenty of character, but all suffer from atrophied legs, mainly to allow them to fit into the car. Once they're seated, though, this isnt so noticable. The overall character of the car and its passengers fits very well with the rest of the Brittania line; the set will provide a good target for their British commandos or paras, reviewed elsewhere. The Horsch command car should be available from your local gameshop or directly from Elite Miniatures, 2625 Forest Glen Trail, Riverwsoods IL, 60015 More Reviews

The number is the height in millimeters from the bottom of the figure's foot (top of base) to its eyes. The letter refers to the "heft" of the figure: L=light, M=medium, and H=heavy. Thus, Hs will fit in with other Hs and some Ms, but not Ls.
