Battle Honors, through their American distributor Tom Devoe (17 Ridge Road, Budd Lake, NY 07828) continues to expand their excellent line of 15mm figures. Hot off the press are British 6 and 9 lb guns and crews and Prussian infantry for the 1812-1815 period. These latest offerings continue the superb detail of earlier Battle Honors releases. The marching landwehr figure even wears clogs instead of regulation footwear (and currently resides, with minor modification, in my Arkansas Brigade of Van Dorn's ACW army, the landwehr hat looks close enough to the U.S. regular hat of the pre-Civil War period that it makes a fine casting for some backwoods American militia). To my eye, Battle Honors produces the world's best 15mm Napoleonic figures. Infantry and cavalry figures cost 33 cents, horses 42 cents, and artillery sets $2.99.
