Irregular Miniatures, (P.O. Box 5125, Warren, Michigan 48090), specializes in the production of a wide variety of ancients, dark ages and medieval miniatures in 25mm. Of real interest to the wargamer, however, is their highly impressive line of seige equipment, baggage trains, and specialty figures. Reading through the list of what is available is a real treat. By combining their civilian figures, animals and machinery of all types just about any gap in ancient or medieval scenario can be filled. They have sent to us for review a number of figures found to be in a tight spot. They are all being tortured, executed, or bound up for some apparent reason. Now understand that I am not impressed with the torture approach to figure sales. I sometimes wonder about the people who collect them and their intended uses for said figures. But let's give credit where it is due. At least these figures are clothed males being tortured and not the normally overly endowed women you find in most lines. The proportions on the figures are well done and the variety as usual is very good. The line of figures they produce is extensive and overall nicely executed. This is an excellent line for those who are into the period. And again, pay special attention to the incredible variety in their support lines. Other Reviews:
