Essex has produced a small range of medieval accessories for their 15 mm. range. The range includes such items as tents and assorted European style dark ages and medieval civilians in various poses including standing and laying/ kneeling. The figures are $3.69 a pack and include six civilians, two tents, or one tent and one other item, such as unhitched cart or campfire. The samples received for review included TT3, a tent and a campfire with a laying dog. The tent is a lean-to type of shelter, and there is a separate campfire with a dog lying by the fire. The other item for review was the six assorted standing civilians, TT4. The figures are 15M on the Barrett scale, and included two female figures, one with a hooded cloak and one without, another female figure with a child sheltered under her cloak, and three men in different poses, two with hooded cloaks and a staff, and one with a cap, sword and a pouch slung over his shoulder. The figures were clean with no flash, and would be useful in camp scenes and for other similar purposes. These figures are available from War Games, Box 278, Route 40 East, Triadelphia, W.
