Whiskey Rebellion

In 1794, farmers in western Pennsylvania revolt against a tax on and the limiting of production of whiskey. Militia units from four states sent troops to crush the revolt. The revolt's most active period was from August-September 1794. George Washington commanded some of the initial operations. For game scenarios, the Federal/State forces should always outnumber the rebels.
