May 15: Sawpit Bluff, Florida. Patriots skirmish with Creek Indians.
Jul 1-4: Burgoyne's Advance-Ticonderoga area. The few Loyalist (Jessups Corps of 150 men) and Iroquois (400+) under Burgoyne operated as scouts or as part of the advance guard. They would would have participated in many skirmishes with Patriot outposts and patrols. Most were attached to St Leger's column. Aug 3 : Siege of Ft. Stanwix. Oct 4: Germantown. 9,000 British vs. 11,000 Patriots. Ferguson's Rifles and the Queen's Rangers took part in the battle Oct 6: Forts Clinton and Montgomery, NY. British assault captured both forts from a (200 regular + 600 militia) Patriot garrison. (Emmerich's Jagers, and Loyal American) Loyalist forces were part of the British vanguard.
