Sept 5 : Schuyler's Ambush near St Johns, Canada. New York Loyalists and Iroquois attack Schuyler's column as it advanced. Loyalist withdrew after a limited action.
Sept 6- Nov 2: Siege of St Johns, Canada. Canadian Loyalists and Royal Highland Emigrants are part of the Garrison

Nov 14: Kemp's Landing Virginia. 350 Loyalist (Lord Dunmore's Ethiopians-60; Queen's Own Loyal Va-40; militia-250) under Lord Dunmore defeat a Patriot force (500) under Col Woodford
Nov 14-15: Dunmore's Pursuit. During the loyalist pursuit after Kemp's landing, a second force of 150 Patriots were also routed.
Nov 19-21 : Several actions at Ninty-Six South Carolina. 1800 Loyalist (Cunningham's SC Loyalist militia- 800) fought 600 patriots with no significant results,
Nov 22: Reedy River (aka Cane Brake) South Carolina. Numbers unknown. Patriot forces disperse loyalist units forming in the area.

Dec 8-31 : Siege of Quebec. Canadian militia units help defend the city.
Dec 9: Great Bridge, Virginia. Lord Dunmore commanded a BR/Loyalist (L.D. Ethiopians-150; Queen's Own Loyal VA-80 or 250) force which was defeated in a surprise attack by Col Woodford's reformed Patriot Force. The British had to evacuate Norfolk.
Dec 22: Great Cane Brake South Carolina. Loyalist troops under William Cunningham are defeated by Lt Col W. Thompson.
Dec 31 : Quebec. Montgomery and Arnold's Patriot force is defeated by a smaller British garrison supported by Canadian Loyalist militia.
