Finally - there was a notice in a German publication of the death of this great man of history. Was it in a national newspaper? Maybe a publication of the Bundsmarine? From the Navy itself No way! It was a small mention in the bulletin of the Emden Rotary Club, of which OTTO had been a member for three decades or more. It is surprising how many men who fought on all sides in World War II are long-time members of Rotary International around the world. More Bulletin Board
