We just received a fax from S.E.I.G. Agent Vm4780 with some rather interesting information and great diagrams, which Vm4780 provided. Let me just quote him here: "War games in San Francisco Bay Tuesday 16th through Thursday the 18th (of March). The reason given by the media was urban warfare and biological exercises. The feeling felt by fellow naval veterans with 18 years of experience and more was something more to it than we were being told. We saw the stealth shaped boat like the bomber painted gray code name BRONCO. Later we saw the submarine USS TOPEKA (LA. Class) on Friday headed out the Golden Gate to the Pacific. When and where they both came from - who knows? Why were these two ships or boats even needed for ship to shore exercises?" More Bulletin Board
