Just want to remind all Members again that SHARKHUNTERS, through our attorney GREG SCOTT (2012-A-1991), is bringing suit against Nikko America for using our name without permission. As we asked in KTB #137 last month, we need you Members to see if a toy submarine called the SHARK HUNTER submarine is being sold in your area. If you see such a toy in an advertisement, in a store - in any manner at all, please send us a copy of the catalog, the name address and phone number of the store etc. 1. SHARKHUNTERS is not bringing suit to make any money, only to protect our proud and well-established name against a clearly unauthorized infringement. 2. We asked Nikko on several occasions to voluntarily withdraw its use of our trademark, and they have refused to do so, 3. Any proceeds (excluding costs, of course) that are awarded to SHARKHUNTERS will be donated to the U-Boat Memorial. As already stated, we are not trying to make money - just to protect our name and trademark. Thanks in advance for your assistance. More Bulletin Board
