Scale Specialties (P.O. Box 1117, Fullerton, CA 92632-8117) has released two ranges of aids for wargamers. The first, Ship Names, provides pre-printed, pre-pasted labels for all the WWII ships in most of the navies of the period. These are great for marking the bases of your individual ships and the cases you store them in. A paper copy of the labels that comes with the set is ideal as an inventory sheet for your collection. The sheet lists the class name as well as all the names of the ships in that class. A sheet with ship names for the battle of Trafalger is all that is presently available for the non-WWII gamer. Prices range from $3 for the Trafalger single sheet to $13.95 for 6 1/2 sheets of Liberty Ship names. The Quartermaster Corps sheets are inventory aids that are aimed primarily at micro-armor for wwII. The blank forms are designed to complement the compartmentilized storage boxes available for that scale. The labels will fit on the bottom of most pieces of Micro armor. These two products are great ideas to identify your troops and organize your storage. I can't wait until they come out with Napoleonic or ACW unit names! recommended! - GERRY LANE Other Reviews
