Tin Soldier 15mm Aztecs
and Conquistadores Figures

The Aztecs consist of 17 different selections which in-cludes a command pack made up of a chosen speaker, chief and various knight captains with standards. The range also includes priests, eagle, jaguar, and arrow knights, Quachic warriors, apprentice warriors, and Otomi, as well as peasants with a variety of weapons. The poses are very active and the figures measure 16M on the Barrett Scale. The slightly exaggerated size of the headresses on some of the figures give them a little bit of a caricature appearance.

The Conquistadores consist of 16 different sets of figures including a command pack with officers and standard bearers and mounted knight. Also available is a light gun with two crew and accessories, and five weapon and shield packs. The figures themselves include a mounted knight with shield and lance, a Jinette light cavalry figure, swordsman, pikemen, crossbowmen, and arquebusiers, the latter four in 2 or 3 poses for your selection. there are also three packs of Tlaxcalan allies. The figures measure 17M on the Barrett Scale and are nicely animated. Most come in morion helmets and obviously would make good European types for the same era.

Both ranges of the above figures were well detailed and cleanly cast with little flash. figures come in packs of eight infantry, four cavalry or six command figures for 1.05 pounds per pack with the exception of the gun and crew which is 1.25 pounds and the weapons pack which is 70 p. * The Courier uses the Tobey Barrett Measurement [BM] System to simplify comparison of figure sizes. The number is the height in millimeters from the bottom of the figure's foot (top of base) to its eyes. The letter refers to the "heft" of the figure: L=light, M=medium, and H=heavy. Thus, Hs will fit in with other Hs and some Ms, but not Ls.
