US Forces = 200 Infantry + 60 Dragoons Seminole Forces = Halleck-Tustenuggee Leader with 40+ warriors Board Description: 2/3 of the board can be the Hammock or it can be centered on the board. The hammock was surrounded by a thick thicket- branch barrier with streams, swamp and or mud making three sides impenetrable. If using 2/3 of the board, then count the board edge as a combination of water and dense underbrush and extend it in a few inches. The 2/3 line (border of sectors 11,9,8) should be only a hasty works- log- rough terrain border with some open entrances covered w/ logs. Place some log huts in the interior but most of the families have already been evacuated. If using the centered set up, the hammock's border still should reach close to the boardedge. Use the same recommendations as listed above. Deployment. US Forces = Col Worth's Dragoons enter delayed on the sector 1,3,4 boardedge. Note: The undergrowth was so dense that soldiers were reported having problems using their bayonets and even raising the rifles up to the shoulder to fire.
