US Forces = 1000 men under Claiborne. US 3rd Inf Rgt, Maj Cassel's Cavalry Sqdn, Col Carson's Miss Vol, Maj Smoot's Ala Miltia Bn and Choctaw Bn (150). These were dicvided into 3 attack columns. The right-upper column included Carson's Miss Vol. The Left-lower column included Smoot's Ala Militia + Choctaw Bn. The First-center column included 3rd Rgt + Lester's Guard + Cavalry Red Stick Creek Forces = 500 warriors plus women and children Board Description: For a large skirmish almost the entire board will be the pallisaded town. Several log and skin houses can be scattered inside. A center war pole with scalps should designate the Creek HQ building. Another one or two houses should be storage points. The west board edge running through 11-9-8 is unpassable deep river. Gates should face toward each of the other boardedges About two-three inches of the other boardedges are cleared ground. Deployment: Most Creeks should be in a sleep mode in various buildings in the town . A few sentries can be deployed near gates. Right-Upper column enter the board in sectors 12-11. Left-lower column enter the board in sectors 6-8. First-center column enters mainly in 3 but can spill over into 1 and 4. Objective: Kill or be killed. Protect or capture Weatherford, the Creek HQ and supply huts. Creeks should try to get Weatherford to the river edge so he can escape after the HQ is captured.
