  • 1st Regiment Tirailleur-Grenadiers created 16 January 1809. Became 1st Tirailleurs 30 December 1810.
  • 2nd Regiment Tirailleur-Grenadiers created 25 April 1809. Became 2nd Tirailleurs 30 December 1810.
  • 1st Regiment Tirailleur-Chasseurs created 16 January 1809. Became 1st Voltigeurs 30 December 1810.
  • 2nd Regiment Tirailleur-Chasseurs created 25 April 1809. Became 2nd Voltigeurs 30 December 1810.
  • 1st Tirailleurs created 30 December 1810. Re-formed 8 April 1815.
  • 2nd Tirailleurs created 30 December 1810. Re-formed 8 April 1815.
  • 3rd Tirailleurs created 10 February 1811. Re-formed 8 April 1815.
  • 4th Tirailleurs created 10 February 1811. Re-formed 8 April 1815.
  • 5th Tirailleurs created 18 March 1811. Re-formed 8 April 1815.
  • 6th Tirailleurs created 28 August 1811. Re-formed 8 April 1815.
  • 7th Tirailleurs created 17 January 1813. Re-formed 12 May 1815.
  • 8th Tirailleurs created 23 March 1813. Re-formed 12 May 1815.
  • 9th - 13th Tirailleurs created 6 April 1813. Disbanded 1814.
  • 17th - l9th Tirailleurs created 21 January 1814. Disbanded 1814.

    Each regiment had two battalions of six companies each, totalling 1,600 men.
