Tactical Surprise We just played an ACW game where the CSA historically had tactical surprise. We simply gave the CSA a free impetus roll and he could take whatever actions he liked by turning cards, firing, etc. Skirmish Firing (Cartouche and Les Grognards) Here is my latest revision of my Skirmish Fire House Rules. 1. If a unit is in Skirmish formation they can only skirmish fire. 2. It cost one impetus to fire on *every* unit in the beaten zone of the skirmishers. (at least half the unit must be in the beaten zone as per the normal fire rules) More PK House Rules
