I started a colonial military campaign in January that is going strong. There are nine active players. Turns are turned over one a week (with option for a second argument round per week to resolve trouble and conflicts). So far it is going off without a hitch. The players do not have to turn in arguments every turn. Some have missed turns and it does not appear to be effecting the flow or fun of the game one bit. Check out the arguments that have succeeded so far… UNRELIABLE RUMORS AT THE BEGINNING OF THE GAMEThe French may have more at stake in Salaam than imagined. Anti Imperial demonstrators may succeed in cutting down the size of the British army. The Arab peasants may be called up and armed. Or the Peasants may refuse to serve their Turkish overlords. Fitzgerald may be grumbling over his superiors lack of competence. And the British may be more eager to shoot Frenchmen than Salaamites!
