      Heavy Company, with: 1 81.4mm mortar stand (DS)

    3 Penal Infantry Battalions, each with:
      Battalion Headquarters, with: 1 command stand
      3 Infantry Companies, each with: 1 command infantry stand and 2 infantry stands

Divisional AT Company, with:

    1 mounted command stand
    1 75mm AT gun
    1 crew stand (LMG)
    1 limber

Artillery Regiment, with:

    Regimental Headquarters, with:
      1 mounted command stand
      1 staff telephone wagon

    Field Artillery Battalion, with:

      1 mounted command stand
      1 mounted spotter
      1 ammo wagon
      1 75mm field gun
      2 100mm field guns
      3 crew stands (LMG)
      3 limbers

    Mortar Battalion, with:
      1 mounted command stand
      1 mounted spotter
      1 ammo wagon
      3 120mm mortars
      3 gun crew stands (LMG)(ds)
      3 wagons

Notes:

1) Integral AT Weapons. Each command infantry stand has a Panzerfaust, Granatbucshe 39 or Soviet PTRS AT rifle.
