3 Infantry Regiments, each with:

    Regimental Headquarters, with: 1 command stand and 1 recon cavalry stand
    Regimental Pioneer Company, with:1 command engineer stand and 2 engineer stands
    Regimental AT Company, with:
      1 mounted command stand
      1-2 37mm or 47mm AT guns
      1-2 crew stands
      1-2 limbers

    2 Infantry Battalions, with:
      Battalion Headquarters, with: 1 command stand
      3 Infantry Companies, each with:
        1 command infantry stand
        2 infantry stands
        1 60mm mortar stand

      MG Company, with:
        2 HMG stands
        1 81.4mm mortar stand (ds)

2 Divisional AT Companies, each with:

    1 mounted command stand
    2 75mm AT gun
    2 crew stands (LMG)
    2 limbers

Artillery Regiment, with:

    Regimental Headquarters, with:
      1 mounted command stand
      1 staff telephone wagon
      1 20mm AA gun
      1 crew stand
      1 limber

    Field Artillery Battalion, with:
      1 mounted command stand
      1 mounted spotter
      1 ammo wagon
      3 75mm field guns
      3 crew stands (LMG)
      3 limbers

    1-2 Heavy Artillery Battalions, each wi
      1 mounted command stand
      1 mounted spotter
      1 ammo wagon
      3 100mm field guns
      3 crew stands (LMG)
      3 limbers

    Mortar Battalion, with:
      1 mounted command stand
      1 mounted spotter
      1 ammo wagon
      3 120mm mortars
      2 gun crew stands (LMG) (ds)
      3 wagons

Divisional AA Company, with:

    1 command stand
    1 car
    1 20mm, AA gun
    1 crew stand (LMG)
    1 limber

Cavalry Squadron, with:

    1 command cavalry stand
    2 cavalry stands
    1 60mm mortar stand
    1 pack horse stand

Pioneer Company, with:

    1 command engineer stand
    2 engineer stands
    1 81.4mm mortar stand (bg)

Notes

1) The 5th, 6th and 20th divisions replaced one of the 100mm gun battalions with one containing leFH-18 105mm Howitzers. The 9th division is the only one to have two 100mm batteries

2) Integral AT Weapons. Each command infantry stand has a Panzerfaust, Granatbucshe 39 or Soviet PTRS AT rifle.

3) The Resita was used to replace 75mm field guns in the artillery regiment in some divisions.

4) In the 9th division each infantry battalion has an AT company which is organized as a regimental AT company. The 9th division does not have regimental AT companies.

5) The organization oflate war Romanian divisions was rather variable, individual divisions with organizations differing from that above are listed below.
