From our Submarine News Representative-at-Large, JAMES SANTOS (4896-A/LIFE-1996) we learn that Admiral FRANK KELSO (2919-1993) has been elected as Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Naval Submarine League. Admiral KELSO is the retired Chief of Naval Operations of the US Navy.

We wish all success to Admiral FRANK KELSO in this new challenge, and we are confident that he will perform flawlessly as he did as CNO & as he continues to do on the SHARKHUNTERS Advisory Board. Bravo Zulu Admiral KELSO!
