Armament: 105mm rifled gun, coaxial machine gun and machine gun in cupola Speed: 30mph First issued to the American Army in 1960. The first M-60 battle tanks replaced M-48 Patton tanks stationed in West Germany. No M-60's were sent to Vietnam. The M-60 still serves in the Israeli army with massive armor (including large amounts of blazer reactive armor), engine and fire control upgrades.
