First issued to Soviet troops in 1963, it has seen wide service throughout the world. Production didn't cease until the mid-80's. The BRDM-2 continues to see active service in many of the world's armies. Amphibious and capable of operating in an NBC (Nuclear, Biological and Chemical) Environment, the BRDM-2 was a very useful vehicle.
