This is yet another U.K. company that concentrates on a single period but covers it in depth. Based in Northern Ireland, Friecorps manufactures 15mm Seven Years War figures. These are nice little figures sculpted in the formal posture of the period. They make all of the combatants you will need to fight in this period with the infantry being especially nice. The detail is fairly good but is not crisp. These figures will work well with Mike's Models. Between these two manufacturers you can have a very impressive army. One word of caution . . . these figures are somewhat difficult to acquire in the United States. Mike Caum of Soldier World can get them for you but it will take time. He also tells me that they sell out very fast when he gets in a shipment. Rating: Anatomy: .6, Animation: .5, Detail: .6, Paintability: .6, Casting: .6, Total: 2.9 More Reviews
