This company is run by a number of dedicated wargamers in the Washington, D.C. area who have purchased the molds of the old Miniature Figurines 30mm figures. Minifigs discontinued this line after a brief period in the sun, possibly because it appeared long after 30mm figures had declined in popularity. One of the problems a gamer is going to have to face with this line is that it was never completed and thus there is little to choose from after you have put together French and British armies. The advantage to this line is that you can fill in those 30mm armies that may be missing certain figure types. Fusilier prices are reasonable and the service relatively fast. The figures sent to us were something of a disappointment, however. The anatomy of all of the foot figures seemed somewhat distorted especially in the leg/trunk ratios. There is also a Napoleon on foot which is very thin. Molding is also a problem with one of the figures being badly pitted. On the other hand the animafion is nice, and I must admit it was a pleasure to paint a figure larger than my thumb nail.
