Stone Mountain Miniatures' Chariot line has expanded its 25mm Napoleonics. The Courier received three packs of the new 25mm French Infantry 1789-1802. All three were Fusiliers in Bicornes (CHR0910 Command, CHR0907 advancing Set 11, CHR0906 advancing Set 1). Each pack of line infantry includes four figures in four different poses. The detailing on these figures is excellent and they are nicely animated. Several of the figures are bare foot, 'sans culotte', and all show signs of the wear of campaigning. The figures are 28L in Barret measure . The past year a number of manufacturers have produced French infantry for the beginning of the period. I can recommend these to anyone looking for skirmish figures or a nice massed unit. They come in packs of four for $4.95 and are available from Stone Mountain Miniatures, (Chariot) Dept CR, P.O. Box 594, Broomfield, Co. 80038, (303)465-4246 and all good hobby shops. More Reviewing Stand Product Reviews
