"El Miliciano" has already published four issues up to now, and it considers itself as a magazine of Strategy, simulation and history of the SCW. Lots of very good articles by spanish and international writers (ea. first issue: Brian R. Sullivan from the Institute for National strategic Studies National Defense University. Washington USA: "Consequences of the Italian Intervention";

Second issue: The war in Asturias;

Third issue: Klaus Maier from the Militargeschichtliches Forschungsamt Germany: "The Condor Legion";

Issue Fourth: GD/W SCW game "From Whom the Bell Tolls"...) Written only in spanish, although photographs and drawings are always useful for non speaking languages. and remember that Spanish is just Latin (more or less).

CUARTEL GENERAL
PUBLISHED BY THE GALICIA WARGAMES CLUB OF THE SAME NAME
AND BY ITS MAIN SOUL ARMANDO FERNANDEZ XESTA

This newsletter is publishing now its 10th issue, with a permanent section on SCW. Always depicting wonderful photographs of Armando's collection. Unfortunately, they do not sell it, but distribute it upon request.
