The Prussian army has not moved. We believe that the 8 battalions that had been detached under General Fouque are to try to force their way into Schweidnitz after making a detour via Breslau. His Royal Highness made a personal reconnaissance of the ground between our camp and that of the Prussians; apparently, several small ravines separating the two armies make it more difficult than we had expected for us to attack the Prussians. We hear that 28 pieces of heavy cannon left Prague 12 days ago under the escort of Bavarian troops. It is supposed that they will by now be approaching Landeshut.
