This group continues to thrive, with much input from readers of this magazine. I recently received a copy of their December 2002 Information Circular (No.33). Their newsletter contains discussion about the Westphalian Army; details of a website covering military flags of the German States; Bavarian uniforms; sources of wargame figures for the German States; and details of the German contingents in the French Armies of the period. I think that for all things Napoleonic German, this Study Group is the first stop for advice and information, and their newsletter is a very useful research tool for the subject. For details contact John Henderson, 46 Dexta Way, Northallerton, North Yorkshire, DL7 8EY. More Napoleonic Newsdesk
