At present I am able to announce the following events for the coming year.

Sunday 2nd February 1997 The Napoleonic Fair, London.

Saturday 15th March
Research Conference at the National Army Museum

3rd and 4th May
Bourtange, Holland with the NAN (Dutch NA) full details to be announced

14th and 15th June
Main NA full battle weekend at Folkestone

28th and 29th June
Chatham Dockyard by invitation of the Victorian Military Society

4th July and week following
Period Camp at Lonato with the L'Armée d'Italie

12th and 13th July
Rivoli bicentennial re-enactment contact Steve Vickers of the 4eme for more details on these two events on 01623 443915.

12th and 13th July
Invitation NA event at the Wirral Show contact Mike Grove on 01484 685615 for further details.

19th and 20th July
Boulogne Full Battle weekend with L'Grande Armée

26th and 27th July
9th Foot Invitation event at Bovington Camp. Contact the 9th foot - K. Phillips on 01296 670324 for further details.

2nd to 10th August
Guernsey. A main NA event with a full week of events with a minimum of 3 Battles.

30th and 31st August
Fishguard. Another chance to repel those 'frenchies' at this bicentennial re-enactment.

5th to 7th September
Moscow and Borodino. The Moscow International Festival with Russian Military Historical Association. Further details to be announced.

13th and 14th September
Chateauroux. Another full battle weekend with L'Grande Armée.

October
The Fort Amhurst Tattoo, confirmation of details is still awaited.

4th October
The closing research Conference of the year at the National Army Museum.
