I have received a sample copy of what is best described by it's subtitle, "A Journal of News and Opinion concerning the Ottoman Empire in the age of Napoleon". The first issue appears to contain a lot of interesting material for those interested in the Turks. The Dragoman is published quarterly and subscriptions are $4.00 a year. Back issues are available at $2.00 each. A free sample issue is available on request and they welcome letters and manuscripts. A Dragoman is apparently "the official translator in the Ottoman Imperial Court".
