Between Jura and Lac Leman, 1987
The scenario
Invading Soviet forces are stretched and still unable to subdue the rebelling Italian partisans (with the Lazio Ultras stopping planned reinforcement through Rome’s airports).
As the new Socialist-Suvorov a mercenary African army has crossed over the Alps, via the St Bernard pass, into Switzerland in an effort to secure the gold in the vaults of UEFA at Nyon.
A similar sized force of BAOS (British Army of Switzerland), composed only of mechanised infantry, but with substantial air support, are pushing forward from Geneva airport (after mopping up the Spetznaz forces there) along the North of Lake Geneva to stop the enemy.
A Cold War Commander game, models by Robert.
