I don't have any information about this aircraft. Its famous forebears were the Span VII and XIII, so this appeared either very late in the war or shortly thereafter.
Spad, by the way, was formed from a merger after the company's original owner ended up in jail for fraud in 1913. "Spad" was supposed to mean "speed" for some reason.
