Deployments are given in force facing so one sides left flank force will face the other side’s right flank force.

Creole Army

San Martin (5,600 men, 8 Cav Sqdns, 17 guns
Las Heras Division = Right Center deployment Bn #11, Coquimbo Cazadores, Patria Bn
Alvarado Division = Left Center deployment Bn #2, Bn #8, Andean Cazadores
Reserve Division = Center Second Line deployment Bn # 1, Bn #3 , Bn #7
Mounted Grenadiers are deployed on the right flank
Mounted Cazadores are deployed on the left flank.
Artillery guns are deployed between the infantry and cavalry on each flank.

Royalist Army

General Osorio (4,500 men, 400 cavalry, 12 guns)
Ordonez Division = Center right deployment with arty guns on right flank Concepcion Bn, Infante Don Carlos Bn
Morla Division = Center left deployment with arty guns on the right flank
Rivera Divison = Deployed on a hill on the extreme left flank. Converged Cazadore Bn, Converged Grenadier Bn. Taken from other four Bns.
Chile and Frontera Dragoon Squadrons = Deployed between Rivera and Morla
Lancer del Rey and Arequipa Dragoons = Deployed on the Right flank.
