Pius Metellus' Army Pius Metellus is the Roman Commander w/guard of 2 HC (2 subordinate Commanders without guard). Pius should be rated as a "2" Commander (Normal) as are his subordinates.

Hertulius' Army

Hertulius is a Rebel (Spanish) Commander w/guard of 2 HC (2 subordinate Commanders without guard). Hertulius should be rated as a "2" Commander (Normal) as are his subordinates. The Spanish troops are given the Morale Grade of "C" to represent the fact they were short of water and marched straight into battle against the Romans despite their thirst and fatigue. Normally they should be at least class "B@6."
