Posting Lookouts

by Eugene Ziegler

More from the book once marked ‘RESTRICTED’ that was used to train American submariners in the days of World War II. Thanks to EUGENE ZIEGLER (2143-+-1992) for this book.

The three basic lookouts are known as ‘Port Lookout’, ‘Starboard Lookout’ and ‘Stern Lookout’. If additional lookouts are used, they should be given call names appropriate to their functions on the bridge.
