Attack of the
Flesh Eating Romero Zombies

Zombie Players' Information

by Tom Barnes

BACKGROUND

You have been called. You do not know why. All you feel is hunger. Hunger that can only be quelled by the live-things-that-you-once- were-like. You must eat them. By eating them, they become things-like- you. Eat the live-things-that-you-once-were-like and make them things- like-you. Eat. Create. Seek the live-things in the old-places-you-know and in the new-places-you-do-not-know. Hunt. Eat. Hunt. Eat...

PLAYER INFORMATION:

You play the role of the collective conciousness of a group of zombies who must eat the flesh of the living in order to survive.

YOUR FLESH-EATING ZOMBIES: THEIR CARE AND FEEDING

Zombies are slow (normal speed is a slow walk), imperceptive creatures which rely on the collective memories of the group for their initiative and intelligence; Individual zombies are very stupid. Each zombie must eat fresh human flesh every 2 hours to maintain its current state of unlife. Without food it gradually becomes slower and less intelligent, until it "dies". With extra food it becomes faster, more intelligent and more aggressive.

Zombies are tough. They are immune to pain and most wounds which would seriously injure or kill a living person. They are tireless and are able to push or claw their way through almost any material short of steel or stone. They can be permanently returned to death only if massively injured or starved.

You may turn victims of zombie attacks into zombies. If you say that you wish to "zombify" a victim when you kill him, the victim will eventually turn into a zombie. If you don't say that you wish to zombify a victim then he is permanently dead. Zombies can feed from a victim AND zombify him.
