It become obvious that something should be done about our rule on remanning guns. During our last battle Bill Perry suggested to allow the remanning of a gun with only one specialist or semi- specialist. The subject become critical for the Austrians since apparently very few sappers were available to the Austrian Army. However in the case of the Austrian artillery a semi-specialist was available, it was the Handlangers described in the last issue of this magazine page 13. It just going to require one of you gentlemen to come up with a proposed rule that take in consideration all that has been said on the subject including the proposed recommendations of my article of page 4 of this magazine.
