    NOTES

    1. The Ramke Brigade was attached to the 135th Flak Regiment for transportand supply purposes. As the flakguns were deployed in positions protecting the German positions at El Alamein, their transport was free to help move the Ramke Brigade into position and help keep it supplied. The danger of this solution was seen when the Ramke Brigade was forced to fall back without any transport.
