Notes

1. The morale and troop quality rating for these units is based on the fact that most of the units involved were prewar Regular units left on the border during the war.

2. For American units, use the firing data found in OTT.

3. Victory Conditions: Drive Villa's forces out of Juarez and off the board. It is difficult to tell the two sides apart in this war. Do the best that you can to avoid casualties to friendly Mexican forces.

4. The 2nd Cavalry Brigade plus any artillery that the American player wishes to attach to it enters from the southeast board edge. All remaining American forces start the game in El Paso.
