We have received samples of a new line of water based paint from Genesis Gaming Products of Dallas, Texas. I had the pleasure of using what the company calls their "second wave" of colors. The first wave consists of your basic colors for uniforms, horses, metallics and flesh. The second wave consists of earth tones and greens very suitable for colonial and 20th Century gaming. The paints come in trays of eight colors, the eighth in each tray being metal primer. The bottles are a full fluid ounce which makes them larger than most bottles or tins of paint on the market. The consistence is superb, spreading evenly in one coat and drying very flat. You will also find that the paints have no odd or poorly mixed colors which sometimes happens with other lines of paint. Since this is a new line of paints you may have to look for them but it will be well worth the look. Available from: Genesis Gaming Products, 10923 Indian Trail #102, Dallas, Texas 75229 More Reviews
