For those of you who are looking for 25mm French Foreign Legionnaires to oppose your MiniFigs, Ral-Partha, etc. British, I suggest you look into Iron Brigade's new range of French Foreign Legionnaires. When Larry Robinson first started producing Colonials a few years back, he offered some French which were conversions of the old Heritage 25mm ACW Zouaves. These new figures (with Arab opponents to follow) are of completely new design and are a marked improvement over the earlier figures. Besides officers and gunners, five different poses, each with three variations of pose and/or equipment are offered. Future releases include Lewis light machine guns, Hotchkiss machine guns, a 75mm Field gun and a 65mm Mountain gun. These figures will be a must for those of you interested in the French in North Africa. RATINGS: Variety, 0.8; Detail, 0.6; Animation, 0.6; Anatomy, 0.7; Casting 0.7; TOTAL, 3.4. More Reviews
