http://www.westwindproductions.co.uk/ These are the figures, guns, and vehicles made by West Wind. These figures come bagged and fall between the Black Tree Design figures and the Battle Honors figures. These are not as detailed as the Black Tree Design figures but do have a good selection and some interesting, different figures. The web gear on the U.S. infantry is very small and the Germans appear to have thrown much of theirs away, or stripped down to ammunition and weapons. Berlin Or Bust (BOB) also has a jeep and Kubelwagon (KW) crews, and SdKfz 251/1 crews. The crews are smaller then the infantry to fit into the 1/60 vehicles. However, they can be used with the 1/48 jeeps and KW. For example the panzer grenadiers made as crew and passengers for the West Wind 1/60 scale German SdKfz 251/1 half-track includes a standing figure firing an MG42 which works well in the back of the Battle Honors’ KWs. These figures have thicker metal bases as part of the figures, which is most pronounced on the prone figures. They are also on the slight side at 23L to 23M on the Barret scale.
