A line out of Ohio, making vehicles entirely out of resin. Nice detail overall, but the tracks are pretty minimal. A limited line, but they do have a nice selection of landing craft. It's been a few years since I've seen what this line is up to, so I don't feel qualified to make judgement. I have a very nice Pz IV from them, but the tracks are a bit strange. I also saw their SU-76i (Soviet conversion of captured German Pz III) and it was 2/3 the size of other manufacturers' Pz III models. I’ve heard their newer stuff is better, but I can‘t confirm. They do, however, make Rumanian infantry, which is rare (True North is planning on Rumanians, but who knows when they'll actually be available). Those are the biggies, at least. I'm sure I've forgotten, or never heard of, someone. If you want an opinion on something specific (e.g., 'who makes the best T34') I'm more than willing to share the benefit of my experience More 15mm Primer WWII Miniatures
