Pen & Sword Books Ltd. has announced the launch of the new Pen & Sword Military Classics series, which will cover all aspects of military history from ancient times to the present day. There are 26 titles planned for 2003 and all are written in a jargon-free narrative style that will encourage the rapidly growing number of newcomers to the subject to read further. Indeed, all the titles have been published in hardback before, and some will have new forewords. Most are illustrated. The price for these paperbacks will range from £5.99 to £7.99. Titles of interest to readers of First Empire include: Wellington and Napoleon: Clash of Arms by Robin Neillands (January, £7.99)
